i’d been bringing Lando to The Groom Room every 8 weeks for about a year and a half. mostly because it was convenient and nearby after moving house. unfortunately, the prices kept going up while the grooms seemed to be getting worse. there was always something missed or not quite right, and the busy salon environment with so many dogs at once always seemed to stress Lando out. he hated being left off and was often a bit out of sorts when i picked him up.
but not at Collar & Comb!
the salon is absolutely beautiful, and Emma is fantastic. you can tell straight away how much she cares about the dogs she works with. Lando’s groom was one of the best he’s ever had. his cut was exactly what i wanted, he smelled amazing, and he was so soft and fluffy when i got him home.
the biggest difference was Lando himself. he was so relaxed and happy when i picked him up. he genuinely looked like a puppy again, strutting about all proud of his makeover 🥹
i’m so happy we’ve found Emma and honestly wish we’d made the switch sooner. i can’t recommend Collar & Comb enough!! book in, you won’t regret it.

Got my senior dog groomed with Emma for his first ever groom and couldn't be happier, he smells amazing, his ears have never been more clean and his fur so soft! Absolutely delighted and will be bringing him in for a groom again soon 🥰
