Thank you so so much. Cleo (white one) was an absolute matted mess before she went. I think you are also the only person besides the vet that Jet allows near her nails. All set 4 Santa now they are both off the Naughty List. I'm delighted, Cleo & Jet huffing a bit because they both got sorted. Cleo is now smaller than the cat. Thanks Again, they don't know it yet but they will both be back. A first class service.

Cut the puppy's foot or cut nail too short and didn't say anything. Bled a lot, a lot! When informed had nothing to say in way of apology. Won't use again.

Have used Hairy Hounds for both our dogs, a King Charles (sadly passed on) and a Pomeranian. Would highly recommend.
