Fantastic experienced staff, you can tell they adore dogs in general, and it shows in the way they greet you with your dog. When I went to collect my dog after being groomed Wow!! He was so gorgeous it took my breath away 😍

Completed balded double coated dog who should not have been shaved down to her scalp, dog has come home terrified and the groomer told us not to bring her back because she was too old and scared… she was at the same groomers last year and had a different person, was completely fine and didn’t come back completely scalped…. I’m not a groomer and even I know a dog with a double coat should not be completely shaved! The under coat should be brushed out and that’s it.. poor dog looks absolutely awful now!
