Cannot rate Michelle highly enough. I have taken my dog to numerous groomers around Bangor over the years and due to certain behavourial issues, they have all passed on him due to his fear of being groomed...so much so that for the last couple of years I have had no other option but to take him to the vets to be sedated. Michelle has been the first groomer that I've come across who has had the patience, skill and kindness to deal with him. Very grateful as she did a fantastic job and would highly recommend her for anyone that has a pet with a fear of being groomed. Thankyou again!

Michelle is fantastic! Our puppy Benji absolutely loved the classes, particularly the puppy socialisation and he has learnt so much in only a few weeks. Michelle was so good with my young children who came along to class with us, and absolutely loved it too! Would highly recommend 🐶

I can't say enough about the fantastic experience we've had with Michelle. From the moment we started, it was clear that this was someone with an incredible understanding of dogs and a true passion for their work.
Michelle has an incredible ability to connect with dogs of all breeds and temperaments as we've seen through the weeks. Our puppy, Pippin, was struggling with certain commands and we were at a loss, as this was how we'd trained previous dogs. Within just a few sessions we saw significant improvement because she made it so fun for him! Michelle's approach is rooted in positive reinforcement, patience, and consistency, which really make's a huge difference.
Pippin adores his twice weekly sessions, and so will your dog!
Michelle is also fantastic for grooming pups too, Pippin came out looking so handsome and he smelled fantastic ☺️

Jessie our Border Terrier puppy loves to run in open spaces and being playful. Pampered Pets dog park was ideal being totally enclosed with obstacles and toys. This led on to puppy training classes taken by Michelle. This helped Jessie to integrate with other dogs, respond to basic commands, walk properly on the lead and gain confidence. We also learned a lot from these classes. Jessie thanks ‘Aunty Michelle’ for the goodies and the care and love given❤️
