First time with Ozzy today and I’m delighted. Louise was brilliant with Ozzy. He has been to 2 other groomers who asked me not to bring him back because of his barking. I’m chuffed today and have already rebooked for February

First time using Louise to groom.. the set up is really good, was a very pleasant change to see no cages and a very open and airy area.. our dog was very content. The groom was fantastic.. and our requests were followed very well.. This will be our new groomer
