Rachel is so good with the dogs. Chase has calmed a lot since his first visit, and, whilst still not that keen, happily stays and gets his 'haircut' now!!
Rachel is also very accommodating, and exceedingly good at what she does.
Would recommend Top 'n' Tail in an instant.

Absolutely fantastic job on my shihtzu. Rachel did a perfect job on my dog who isn't used to groomers at all. Rachel is a 1st class groomer who really looks after your pets like they're her own. Highly recommended and very fairly priced!

Took our puppy for his first cut back in April to try and get him used to going to the groomers and have continued to go since then. Always a great job and puppy loves going, not scared at all.

Rachel is a kind and professional dog groomer. My pooch actually wags her tail when she goes there, I suspect bribery, in the form of treats! Hard recommend.
