Myself, my sister & niece bring our dogs from east Belfast over to The fluff to Amy. We have been coming over to Amy for a little over 2 years now and would highly recommend. Dogs love it, friendly clean & professional service every time.

My pug Starr has been cared for brilliantly by Amy for a few years every 4/5 weeks and Starr and I couldn’t be happier. Starr happily goes to see Amy and always comes home smelling beautiful whilst attention to detail is taken re her skin and ears etc and if Starr is having an off day, Amy will let me know that Starr requires a wee eye kept on her or some extra TLC. I highly recommend the staff at What the Fluff, you beloved pet will thank you for a chance to be pampered here

Amy and the team have been absolutely brilliant with our fur baby Jameson. From the very first visit, it was clear they genuinely care about the dogs in their care — not just getting the job done, but making sure each one feels comfortable and looked after.
What really stands out is how responsive and attentive they are. You never feel like just another booking. Jameson always comes out looking incredibly dapper (the signature bow tie is a lovely touch!), and it’s obvious real time and care goes into every groom.
They’ve recently introduced a loyalty card scheme too, which is a great addition — every groom counts towards a future free one, so it’s a lovely way of rewarding regular customers. Every little helps!
you’re looking for a groomer who’ll treat your dog like their own, look no further. We’re regulars and won’t be going anywhere else.

Best groomer in the south Belfast. Very friendly people. Did a great job! They didn’t chase me up to collect my dog & even gave my doggie a bag of soft treats. Evening appointment available too. Reasonable rate, even they charge 20% more, I will still go there xx

Amy does an excellent job. Our Old English sheepdog is a big boy and is always very well looked after here. Highly recommend
