From the moment we collected her, it was clear she had been in very capable hands. She came home looking immaculate, her coat beautifully finished and clearly groomed with real skill and precision. More importantly, she was happy, relaxed, and full of energy, which speaks volumes about the environment and level of care she received.
Natalie has a natural way with dogs that immediately puts both pet and owner at ease. It’s evident she takes great pride in her work and treats every dog as an individual, ensuring they are comfortable throughout the entire process.
Since getting home, Amara has been her usual affectionate self, but even more content than usual, happily showing off her fresh groom. We’ve already had several compliments on how well she looks.
