Robyn was brilliant with our wee nervous dog and gave us lots of advice on getting our Milo used to the tools and being handled at home to help reduce his anxiety for the next time. He came out looking and smelling fantastic.

TLC grooming let my fur babies down big time I have 5 and they where done 3/4months b for Xmas she said she would ring to book them in for Xmas groom but I didn't hear back so I phoned she said she was really booked up so once again she said I couldn't get them done till after new year so phoned her a week ago and she said to phone back on 8th so she said her helper was no longer with her but she answered the phone and told me the groomer is very busy and should go to another groomer now I will have to get the babies used to another groomer why not tell me 5 was to much shocking
