My dog Onyx was so well washed & cared for. He smelt great, his coat was even shinier than usual afterwards (she uses a special Argan shampoo). Bless him he was so pampered he fell into a deep sleep afterwards. She was careful with parts he was sensitive with, building rapprt and trust. Will be back x thank you Rhonda
