It absolutely fine and part of nature when animals pass away in the pet shop. But I saw this happening the third (!!!) time now. Sorry, but your fish is not healthy for sale if they die while being in your tanks. And you do not even realise a dead fish by yourself. So please, if you would like a healthy fish tank, buy your fish somewhere else. Staff is very friendly and I felt kind of bad confronting the girls with what I found. But healthy animals are more important than friendly staff.

The best vets in the area. I come up from Inishowen with my dog. Always great service. Giovanni is brilliant and a great way of interacting. Girls at the vets desk are lovely. Very reasonable. I used to attend 2 other vets, each for several years but my dog had a problem with his tail and neither vet could sort. Pets at home sorted and aftercare was brilliant, I'm sticking with them. Not sure about the groomers there. Would love feedback on them

9 hamsters in one enclosure is a disgrace. Pets at home never has any animals in good condition, but seeing 9 hamsters in one enclosure was disgraceful. These animals were clearly distressed.

Very rude blonde haired lady with an English accent at till. Unnecessarily rude and should learn some customer service skills or get a job away from people as she obviously does not know how to interact with them
