Extremely disappointed, asked for a tidy up cut , nail trim and cut tight at the back end. Only to come to collect my dog sheared with number one trim all over besides his head, not even his tail was cut! when I brought this up to the two women at the groom room they abruptly said to me it was in the contract, said I was rude because I was upset the butchered my dog , upon reading set contract I realised what I had instructed to be done, was not what was written down, so from what I told them at half ten they have wrote down something in completely wrong detail saying I asked for a hygiene groom and a tight trim , I asked for his bum to be cut tight that was all specifically said to, so whatever this worker wrote down on the contract she put it in her way of wording not mine , so she has wrote down something completely different to what I have asked them, then has the nerve to blame me saying it’s in the contract and I signed it , well if you had wrote down what I had asked instead of mixing up the words and phrases I wouldn’t be writing this, my fault for signing contract with out reading but I had just told her what I wanted 2 mins prior, so I assumed she’d of wrote it down competently, clearly not ! awful customer service, refused me a refund , said the best the could the could do was wash and blow dry? How will my dog need wash and blow dry when he’s nearly bald? All the stories of the groomers at pets at home seem to be true ! Wish I’d of listened , will not be back and advised anyone if your looking to get your dog butchered here is the place to go , in contact with customer services so will keep you updated on what’s going on .

Staff are always very friendly, keen to please. I have 2 dogs, 1 is very nervous, the staff work with me to get both dogs in to be groomed together. They do a great job, very experienced and sensitive to the dogs' needs. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed after booking was wrong on their end after explaining what we needed for our dog the best they could to was provide a refund of our deposit instead of finding a solution when it was entirely their fault.

Great service! The girls are so loving to our dog who can be nervous at times and they always show extra love, care and attention!
