Very friendly and helpful staff, with a variety of dog toys and food, they have everything for your pets needs. Only complaint i have is the pricing as they can be quite pricey. Still good quality items regardless of price.

The staff are friendly, warm, engaging and obviously love their job (and animals).
We brought our GS dog into the shop, he peed and we were reassured that 'dogs have to pee too".
The choice and selection of goods for all animal owners is amazing.

Great knowledgeable & friendly staff... I had the impression before going that these type of places would be a rip off but was (very) pleasantly surprised at their prices, I am told I am so "tight" that I squeak when I walk but I found it great value for most things & went a bit mad here, bought way more than intended. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend.

Special mention to staff member Pamela - she was absolutely fantastic, asked me if I needed some help when I entered the store.
I had a new 8 week old cockapoo puppy and she guided me to a crate for him , a liner and recommended a really good chew toy for teething.
I’ll definitely be coming back, very clean and modern store. Glad it is on my doorstep in Cookstown.

I was in Jollyes cookstown store yesterday evening and I have to say the staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and made a huge fuss over my wee dog, even giving her a treat (having checked with me 1st that it would be ok). The store itself was extremely clean and well laid out with no clutter, stands or bargain baskets placed in any aisles, something which is refreshing to experience as a wheelchair user as I frequently have to manoeuvre around these things in shops. The items on the shelving units were well organised without being crowded and having items sticking out into the aisle, which, again is something I often see in other shops.
I had ordered a few items for collection, 2 of which were out of stock but rather than simply marking them as unavailable as I would have expected, they had taken the initiative to replace them alternative items of the same price. Of course they made sure I was happy with the chosen items prior to handing over my order. Although I don’t like seeing animals sold in pet shops I did notice the rabbits and guinea pigs in store had plenty of clean fresh bedding. The experience I had in store yesterday means I will be a regular visitor to the store as I was so impressed with every aspect of my visit.
